Volunteers
The Flagstaff Folk Festival looks forward to welcoming back many of our wonderful volunteers from year’s past and meeting many new folks too. This event wouldn’t be what it is without the enthusiasm, dedication and generosity of our valiant volunteers. From Guest Hospitality to Stage Managers and all roles in between, volunteers are the beating heart of our festival. Currently, we are seeking to fill Team Leadership roles in the following sectors: Vendor Hospitality, Guest Hospitality, and Merchandise Sales. Performers
For folk musicians and bands who would like to play at the Flagstaff Folk Festival in 2026, the application will be open April 1 thru April 30. Visit our website at that time to find the application. This year there will be a $10 Musician Application fee. This fee will help cover the cost of the new Festival App. Among many benefits, the app will allow attendees to link to the musicians’ websites and socials and will facilitate the ability for attendees to leave a tip for artists. Wanted: Musical Ambassadors

We are looking for Musical Ambassadors to help promote the Flagstaff Folk Festival and our umbrella organization, Flagstaff Friends of Traditional Music. We are looking for 3-4 people who can form a group to play short (1-4 song) sets at a variety of Flagstaff festivals, non-profit events, government ceremonies, and more! Click here to find out more.

We welcome financial partnerships from entities who want to support the arts, bolster music education, and strengthen our community. Sponsorships by for-profit entities range from $250 to $1,500.
