FFOTM Annual Campout FlagstaffMay 20–22, 2016
Ft. Tuthill County Fairgrounds

**This will be the only FFOTM campout this year, there will not be a Fall campout so don’t miss it!

It’s time to celebrate the beginning of summer with the FFOTM campout! Join us for 2 days of camping, jamming, good food, friends and lots of fun.

New Location
There is a new location for the campout this year. We will be camping at Ft. Tuthill Campground at the County Fairgrounds. We have a big area reserved for lots of pickin’, grinnin’, potluckin’ and relaxing under the cool pines and starry skies. Look for the FFOTM signs and happy campers.

Potluck Dinner
We will have a potluck dinner on Saturday night, bring something yummy to share. We will supply some meat for grilling and a veggie option, but welcome your culinary creations. Everyone who brings a potluck dish will be given a ticket to help judge the Homemade Pie Contest…

**Homemade Pie Contest**
This year we will also have a Homemade Pie Contest! Pies are delicious treats that can be made so many deliciously different ways and we want to see yours. Submit your favorite pies to the Pie Contest to win awesome prizes. Any homemade pie can be entered, what matters most is that it tastes delicious! Everyone who brings a potluck dish will be given a ticket to help judge the contest. May the best pie win!
Pie Contest Prizes:
1st Place – One 3-day Pickin’ in the Pines Festival Pass
2nd Place – $50 Gift Certificate to Bookmans
3rd Place – $25 Gift Certificate to Custom Sound

What To Bring
Please bring your friends and family, warm clothes, firewood, and your instruments for pickin’! Friendly pets are welcome and must be on a leash per county rules. We will do a Sunday morning pancake breakfast (donations gladly accepted).

Fire Rules
We will have a large group fire ring for jamming around. We can not make additional fire rings, however you can bring your own above ground/contained fires (such as bringing your own raised contained fire pits, washer barrels, etc). Please LEAVE NO TRACE – your area should be exactly as you found it. Haul out ashes and do not make new rock piles.

We need volunteers! If you want to help with set-up, break-down or cooking, please contact Mark Alexander: Call 928-699-5456 or email mtalexander@yahoo.com
