Join us for the 2nd Annual Wild Flagstaff Music Festival, a free, family-friendly celebration of Arizona’s rich musical traditions at the historic Weatherford Hotel. Throughout the day, enjoy live performances by outstanding artists representing Celtic, Native American, Tohono O’odham, Mexican Son Jarocho, Brazilian, Middle Eastern, Austrian, bluegrass, and other traditions.

From internationally acclaimed violinist Arvel Bird to award-winning Tohono O’odham tradition bearer Gertrude Lopez, the festival showcases the remarkable cultural diversity that has shaped Arizona and continues to enrich our communities today.

More than a concert, the Wild Flagstaff Music Festival invites everyone to participate. Sing in a community song circle, join an authentic Irish session, try the community drum circle, dance, or bring your instrument for an open jam where musicians from every tradition come together. Whether you’re a lifelong musician or simply curious about the world’s musical traditions, you’ll find opportunities to connect, learn, and celebrate through music.

Produced by the Flagstaff nonprofit Wild Steps, the festival offers a welcoming space where people of all ages and backgrounds can experience living traditions, discover new cultures, and build community through the universal language of music.
