To our Pickin’ in the Pines Family,
Our hope had been to deliver a positive update to our COVID-19 message for the 2020 festival, however, with the uncertainty of the pandemic the time has come to postpone the 15th Annual Pickin’ in the Pines Bluegrass and Acoustic Music Festival and reschedule for 2021. The festival is now rescheduled for the weekend of September 17, 18 & 19, 2021. All 2020 tickets will be honored in 2021. If you stick with us, knowing that your tickets will be valid for Pickin’ in the Pines 2021, we appreciate it! If you need a refund, please see the information below.
Please know this decision has not come easily. We have discussed and explored many scenarios and contingencies to resolve the challenge of providing a safe environment for all, but sadly we have not found a responsible way forward. We know this is more than disappointing news, however, the health and safety of everyone involved from our music loving festival patrons, to our hard working staff and volunteers, incredible artists and crews, loyal sponsors and vendors and our local and neighboring communities is of utmost importance.
We are excited to announce that most, if not all, of our 2020 lineup will be joining us in 2021 so you can look forward to the same, much anticipated festival. A list of confirmed acts will be announced very soon with single day tickets going on sale at the time. Tickets will remain on sale at current Advance ticket level pricing until July 1, 2021 at which time ticket prices will increase to the Festival ticket level pricing. In the meantime, any support you can provide to our artists through online purchases would be greatly appreciated in this time of need.
- Tickets purchased for the 2020 festival will transfer to the 2021 festival, you do not need to do anything. This includes all camping; group camping and vehicle passes. If you purchased a reserved campsite in the Main, West or RV campgrounds you will retain the site you purchased.
- If you prefer to receive a refund and purchased online or by phone through RPM Ticketing please call 480-656-9940 or email info@rpmtix.com with the order # and first and last name on the original order so we can best reference reservations for refunds. Refund requests will be accepted through October 31, 2020.
- If you purchased your ticket at our local ticket outlet Rainbow’s End your ticket will be accepted for the 2021 festival. If you wish to receive a refund, we ask that you mail your ticket back to us at Pickin’ in the Pines, P.O. Box 23701, Flagstaff, AZ 86002, and we will mail you a refund check.
The Pickin’ in the Pines family will wholeheartedly miss you and the celebration of bluegrass we have shared for the past 14 years, and we look forward to a return to live music in September of 2021. Until then we sincerely hope that you all remain safe, healthy, and happy!
